The Pallet Threat Containment Unit has been designed and developed specifically for the safe evacuation of suspect items from a cargo screening area. Salvus Blast Ltd has drawn upon 50 years of employee experience in EOD (Explosive Ordnance Disposal), blast protection, live blast trials and systems integration to put this unit at the forefront of blast protection technology.
The Pallet TCU utilises QSB technology designed to absorb and mitigate the harmful effects from an explosive detonation.
This blast containment has a full face opening door for maximum access. A generous internal capacity of just over 4000 litres (140 cubic feet). It is large enough to deal with even palletised cargo.
A selection of options are available as standard to ensure the unit best suits your requirement. From an airport dolly, to road going trailer, and internal cargo rollers for easy loading and automated lines.
