Our Quietstone Heavy Loaded Barrier mat is an excellent solution to increase the soundproofing of your walls and floors to meet part E building regulations. Our heavy loaded barrier mat reduces the decibels of airborne noise over a wide range of frequencies.

Our Heavy loaded barrier is available in 5 kg per m² or 10 kg per m².

Sound Absorption

Sound absorption or noise deadening, is one of the key properties of Quietstone. The structure of the material is designed to take in and absorb the sound energy. This unwanted sound is then lost or transmitted away thus ‘deadening’ the noise.
